General Rules

NUMBER ONE. Every member must abide by Proboards' TOS. Therefore, no inappropriate or adult content to be posted on the board by any of the site Clan-Mates. If Administration finds any such material this will result in the offending member to have their account suspended for a period of time that will vary will the severity of the offense. Note, this could include a permanent ban, or a warning. There has already been an incident where a member tried plagiarizing us.

NUMBER TWO. Pictures in sigs should be no bigger than 400 x 400, it's a reasonable size. Avatars must be exceed 100x100. You may have avatars bigger, because Proboards will automatically resize them to 100x100. But then they get all ugly and messy.

NUMBER THREE. Yes, this site is an Beginning - Advanced site. What does this mean? Well, this means you must post at least 2 paragraphs per post, trying to get around 50 - 150 words each time if possible. This isn't that hard to do, especially when you get right into it.

NUMBER FOUR. There is no limit on how many characters, you can have. But you must keep all of them active. If an administrator feels you have too many characters, and are not keeping active with them all, they will PM you and tell you to kill or freeze some of them. If you want to get rid of some of your characters, but do not want to kill them, you could pass them on to another member.

NUMBER FIVE. You must follow the biography form when creating your characters. You may change the headings, as long as they still mean the same thing and are easy to understand.

NUMBER SIX. Admins, Top Mods, and Mods are my helpers, and can delete, lock, move posts and even ban people who don't abide by the rules. They help manage this forum, and will not take any kind of threats, insults, etc. unless of course its all in jest. A threat against a moderator will result in an immediate BAN.

Please understand that we DO NOT NEED ANY NEW MODERATORS. Never PM any of us to ask to become a mod.

NUMBER SEVEN. If another member asks your for help, never mock them because they do not understand something. Try to help them, and if you cannot, PM an administrator about the inquiry.

NUMBER EIGHT. If a member is inactive for a month without posting the reason for their absence in the correct board, their account will face deletion if no reply has been granted to the courtesy email. However, the account will only be deleted if activity checks are not responded to. In summary, respond to activity checks, post notification of absences and most importantly; post.

NUMBER NINE. Clan-Mates should only have one account, no more. If you must have two, PM me or my Co Owner Shadow explaining why. If you have no reason, one will be deleted.

NUMBER TEN. Never put another member down if they cannot spell or use grammar as well as you. If you think somebody has a problem about literacy, please PM an administrator, who will give them some advice on how to lengthen their posts and clean up spellings and grammar. This Doesn't mean you don't have to follow the old ones. This just ties in with them.
